My grandfather was a great man! He was selfless, generous, outgoing, kind, and always putting everyone else first. And his mood was ALWAYS upbeat, with a wisecrack that would make the grouchiest person crack a smile! I love you Grampa, and will miss you so much. Thanks for being the best grandfather ever, and for making my life so much more special. I am so blessed!

So sorry about your grandpa, Michelle. It is so hard to part with those who have made such a wonderful impact on our lives, and blessed us so much. I pray the memories of his goodness and love and humor, his smile and encouragement will give you peace and strenght through the coming days and months. Hey Shell, I'm sorry for the loss of your Grand Daddy. I wish there was something that I could say or do to help you feel better. I'm so sorry that your reality is really hitting home right now. The real truth is you just need to be sad,cry and receive many hugs. Just remember... your Grand Daddy will always be close to you through the memories kept in your heart. Sorry to hear about your Grandpa passing away Michelle. It's hard to lose our grandparents. They are a heritage. It's our history. I tell my boys to enjoy their grandparents while they still have them. I lost my last grandparent last yr and I miss her. Im praying for all of you.

God blessed us with this angel we called Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great Grandpa. Now our angel is taking care of us from heaven and will be forever with us all. It is so hard to let go, but I am so very grateful that God let me have Dad in my life for 63 years. We have been blessed with a person who set an example to live by. Now it is up to us to live up to Dad/Grandpa's legacy. Dad will be missed, but never forgotten!
